1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.
  • Please ensure all details (address, product, quantity, etc.) are correct before placing your order.

2. No Refunds or Returns

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than:
    • Product not delivered
    • Product received in a damaged condition

3. Damaged Product

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or video of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Email the details to quinqindia@gmail.com with your order number.
  • After verification, we will issue a full refund or replacement, as applicable.

4. Undelivered Orders

  • If your order is not delivered within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), and the courier confirms non-delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Please contact us with your order number and tracking details.

5. No Refunds in the Following Cases

  • Delay in delivery due to courier or weather conditions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Refusal to accept the delivery.
  • Minor packaging wear or cosmetic issues that do not affect the poster quality.
